Schedule an Appointment

When scheduling an appointment at the Tuskegee Veterinary Teaching Hospital, please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Owner’s name
  •  Telephone numbers and email addresses
  •  Patient species, breed, age, sex, color
  •  Presenting complaint or patient problem
  •  Has your pet been seen by a veterinarian for this problem?
  •  Name of your veterinarian or clinic
  •  Does your animal have a current rabies vaccination?

Regularly Scheduled Appointment Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – Noon
Sunday: Closed!

Payment Method

The Business Office accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit.

For outpatient visits, full payment is required at the time of service.

For inpatient or extended care services:

  • A deposit of 50% of the estimated high end cost is required at the time of admission.
  • If the estimate changes due to additional procedures or treatments, you will be notified promptly.
  • The remaining balance is due upon discharge of your animal.
