When scheduling an appointment at the VTH, please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Owner’s name
- Telephone numbers and email addresses
- Patient species, breed, age, sex, color
- Presenting complaint or patient problem
- Has your pet been seen by a veterinarian for this problem?
- Name of your veterinarian or clinic
- Does your animal have a current rabies vaccination?

Sat - 9:00am - 11:00am
The Business Office accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit.
For outpatient visits, full payment is required at the time of service.
For inpatient or extended care services:
- A deposit of 50% of the estimated cost is required at the time of admission.
- If the estimate changes due to additional procedures or treatments, you will be notified promptly.
- The remaining balance is due upon discharge of your animal.
